We are a nut-free environment due to allergies, so please ensure no nut products are included. We also ask that fizzy drinks and sugary treats are avoided. Big sugar spikes often lead to big crashes! A balanced lunch will help children stay energised and focused throughout the day 💪 Thank you for working with us on this to create a safe and positive environment for all children. Children should wear comfortable clothes and footwear that's easy for them to exercise in; gymnastics, obstacle courses and dancing about are all on the agenda 🤩🤩🤩 Please also pack their colour pencils / twistables if they like to use their own colours for our downtime session!
