RINKA or any of it's staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
RINKA reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
You must declare all medical conditions and any additional needs your child may have and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at bookings@rinka.ie
You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing office@rinka.ie
We operate on a drop and go policy - parents do not enter the teaching space for classes or camps. Parents are welcome to wait outside or close by.
Parents must drop children to the door of the class and ensure the instructor is present before leaving.
RINKA is only responsible for your child during class times, and it is your responsibility to ensure they are collected promptly after class finishes, and you must collect them from the door of the class
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
The discount for booking more than one child only applies to siblings in the same family.
You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
Classes are subject to minimum numbers and venues / times may change - any changes will be communicated via the registered email.
RINKA have no liability for customers failure to receive information due to spam, junk email or other security settings or customers provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
RINKA classes run from September to June. When you sign up for RINKA sessions - you do not have to commit to paying until June - You can cancel your membership at any time! Just send us an email to bookings@rinka.ie with 7 days notice and we will cancel your next payment (payments go out on the 1st of every month) We do not issue refunds for any cancellation requests received outside the required 7 days notice. Please do not contact your Instructor regarding cancellations - they must be sent via email to bookings@rinka.ie
Instructor Contact Policy:
Our instructors are dedicated to delivering the best experience for your child during classes. They are not responsible for handling administrative tasks such as cancellations, billing queries, or account-related matters. If you have any questions, please first visit our FAQ page at https://rinka.ie/frequently-asked-questions/. If your query isn’t answered there, please email us at bookings@rinka.ie, and our admin team will be happy to assist you.
We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
In the event of class cancellations caused by adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we regret that refunds will not be issued. We will, where possible, make efforts to reschedule the missed class or provide an alternative solution which may mean adding classes to the end of term (June/July)
From time to time we may contact you with information on parties, camps and any other RINKA related information.
We like to share the below guidelines with parents when deciding if a RINKA class / camp is for their child.
- Has your child completed a term in preschool?
- Is your child fully toilet trained?
- Is your child comfortable with taking instruction and following guidelines?
- Are they happy to attend class / camp without a parent?
- Are they happy to mix with children and leaders they don't know?
- Do they attend preschool / school without any additional one to one supports?
- My child has never shown any signs of being a flight risk
If you have answered yes to all the above, we are sure your child would be happy and comfortable in the RINKA environment!
Camp Refunds (does not apply to classes):
Cancellations made by the customer up to 14 days in advance of the camp start date will be entitled to a refund of camp fee. A €20 deposit fee per child is non-refundable and non-transferable unless the camp is cancelled by RINKA. Payments will be returned if a camp has to be cancelled.
Due to the limit on camp places and the anticipated high demand, any cancellations made within 14 days of the camp start date will not be entitled to a refund.
We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
Outdoor Classes:
Ensure children dress appropriately for the weather - coats in drizzle and sun cream and water for warmer days essential
Classes will run unless in the event of torrential downpours in which case your class will be available online. In the event the class does need to go online due to adverse weather conditions, you will be notified via the registered email.
Please ensure your child has used the toilet before attending an outdoor class as toilet facilities are not available in all locations.
