Bodyweight and Light Resistance Training: Learn safe and effective techniques to build strength.
Focus on Technique & Safety: Weβll teach proper form to keep your kids injury-free while they get stronger.
Boost Confidence & Mood: Watch your child feel more confident as they grow stronger and see the connection between workouts and how great they feel!

Each day of class - please send a bottle of water with your child. Children should wear comfortable clothes and runners - suitable for them to exercise in.
