Just over Barber Bobs in Monksland. Between the Credit Union and the restaurant across from Supervalu. Up one flight of stairs and we are the first studio on your right.

Strength Club Summer Camp 130pm to 430pm Mon 8th July - Thu 11th July

1:30pm - 4:30pm

An introduction to resistance and strength training! We will be using body weight exercises, light resistance and controlled movements with our main focus on proper technique and safety. Strength training is powerful! We want children to feel strong, fit, confident and see / feel the connection with working out and their overall mood and how they feel. This is so important for them especially going into their teen years. Stronger, less easily fatigued muscles are less likely to become injured. Other potential benefits of youth resistance training may include increase in muscle power, endurance, bone mineral density, body composition, motor performance skills, sports performance and overall health and well-being. Each day of class - please send a bottle of water with your child. Children should wear comfortable clothes and runners - suitable for them to exercise in. Please make sure to let me know of any injuries / medical conditions. Other than that - we are good to go!
